Personal coaching

Personal Coaching offers you a complete preparation to labour, in accordance with your personal situation and given at your own house.

Each meeting consists of an informative and a practical part, both with a lot of tips, for you as well as for your partner. Though meant for both parents-to-be, it is also possible to participate (partly) on your own.

Personal Coaching is meant for whom?

Personal Coaching will be pleasant if you prefer an individual traject at your own house, if you won’t or can’t follow a groupcourse or simply as an addition to your pregnancycourse. Also if you will choose for a compact preparation of your (next) labour Personal Coaching will be very convenient.

Information and enrolment

Usually Personal Coaching consist of four meetings each 1½ hours. A more elaborate or shorter track is also possible. In the more elaborate track attention will be paid to making haptonomically contact with your unborn baby, relaxing backmassage and parenthood.

Cost: €240,- for six hours (incl. TAX).

If travelling time is over fifteen minutes I will charge a small amount (mostly €5,- each time)
